About WebCommons
What We’re Doing Now
WebCommons :: Media, formerly in business to provide web programming services, is today a media company that creates and administers environments for rich, constructive discourse.
One environment currently available is Louisville History & Issues, a discussion board based on our internal forking of phpBB 2 software, which we call Citizen Assembly Board. Ongoing improvements to this site will soon lead to a much more compelling experience for Louisvillians interested in constructive discourse about Louisville area issues, history, politics, events and more.
We’re also cooking up a second discourse environment, this time for a national audience.
Previous relevant developments of the company include the main site, blog and bookstore of historian/author Bryan S. Bush and the blog/site of the Little Loomhouse in Louisville, Kentucky.
Company Info
